Our hand harvested olive oil is some of the healthiest oil in the world. The health benefits of daily olive oil consumption cannot be overstated.
Our olive oil is cold-pressed, meaning that it is milled within 24-48 hours of harvest and kept at a low temperature during milling (typically below 80*) ensuring that it retains its antioxidants, nutrients, flavor, and quality.
***Certified Extra-Virgin grade by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) by first passing a chemical analysis test followed by a sensory panel taste test meeting some of the highest olive oil standards in the world. Ensuring that the olive oil you are drizzling on your food is the cream of the crop.
